Store Policies -
1. Under no circumstances can we sell to minors. By purchasing from Blazing Toys, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are the owner of any credit card used to purchase items on this website.
2. According to Federal Law, all airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. We will not sell an airsoft gun without the orange tip. No person may openly display or expose any imitation firearm (replica firearm), in a public place. The term "public place" refers to an area open to the public or exposed to public view and includes streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles, whether moving or not, and buildings open to the general public, including those that serve food or drink, or provide entertainment, and the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds enclosing them.
3. Any person who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required by any applicable State or Federal Law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm), or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm is guilty of violating the State or Federal Law.
4. It is not Blazing Toy's responsible to research the local regulations on any of the products we sell. Please check with your local and state government regarding replica firearms laws before purchasing.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Methods -
1. Blazing Toys accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal as payment.
2. Blazing Toys does not accept money orders or personal checks at this time.
3. All credit card orders are billed as soon as the order is placed.
4. All orders paid for by PayPal E-check will require an additional 1-4 business days for the E-check to clear.
5. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Only California residents pay a sales tax of 9.75%.
6. Any applicable coupon code/discount coupon MUST be applied to the order during checkout, absolutely no exceptions.

Shipping Policies -
1. All orders require 1-3 business days to be processed for in-stock items.
2. Shipping & Handling is a weight based system, with heavier items having a greater corresponding cost per item attached. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $125.00 (U.S., Lower 48 States ONLY). $3.00 Handling Fee Applies to qualifying orders.
3. No order processing is done on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
4. We ship via UPS Ground in the United States (Lower 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska please e-mail for rates before ordering). Standard UPS shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery, from time of shipment. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Expedited orders upon request.
5. A UPS Tracking Number will be issued via e-mail by UPS, at the time of shipping, so that customers can monitor and track their own packages. If you do not receive your Tracking Number from UPS, contact us via e-mail, and we'll pull it from our shipping system, for you. NOTE: At our discretion, some small items (Especially ICS Parts) MAY BE SHIPPED VIA U.S. PRIORITY MAIL, which may not have a Tracking Number.
6. All guns will be shipped with the appropriate bright orange markings and others in accordance to your local Custom's/Federal Guidelines.
7. WE DO NOT SHIP TO NEW YORK CITY, DETROIT, CHICAGO or THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. While it is the responsibility of the end user to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, it is the policy of Blazing Toys to reserve the right to cancel, without notice, any orders being shipped to an area where AirSoft is illegal. CURRENTLY, WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ONLY, WITH AGREEMENT OF OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY! Rates paid via the Shopping Cart are U.S. rates, only. International Airmail shipping estimate will be e-mailed to you after order is placed. Orders using Credit Card must be shipped to Card Holder Billing Address.
8. UPS does not guarantee delivery time for Ground Shipping service.
9. Any orders we receive back from UPS regarding missing or incorrect information provided by the customer will be charged again for the full cost of re-shipping the order.
10. Any back order item(s) will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer via the most economical shipping option available.

Cancellation/Changes Policy -
1. If you would like to cancel an order or make a change, please email us at sales@blazingtoys.com. We cannot cancel, or make changes to an order that has aleady been processed for shipping, or that has been shipped. At that point, you must return for a refund or exchange.

Return Policy -
1. Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. Returns are not available unless Blazing Toys has pre-authorized the return via email. To request a return please contact us at returns@blazingtoys.com.
3. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items authorized for return by Blazing Toys. Restocking fee and rate is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Blazing Toys.
4. All items returned to Blazing Toys must first receive authorization via email. Do not ship back anything without prior authorization from Blazing Toys. Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization will not be processed and may be refused.
5. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping for any item(s) is not covered, absolutely no exceptions.

Warranty Policy -
1. Most items come with a 30 Day Manufacturers Warranty against defects and damage, unless otherwise noted. Warranties offered by Manufacturer's TSD, TSD Tactical, TSD Sports, UHC, HFC, ICS, SRC, Sapien Arms, JBU and others, must contact the Distributor/Manufacturer directly, regarding 30 day warranty issues. PLEASE DO NOT send those items back to Blazing Toys. You may email us at sales@blazingtoys.com for inquiries on who to contact, regarding your Warranty issues.
2. Warranty begins from the date of the original retail purchase.
3. Warranty is limited to replacement of manufacturer defect components.
4. This warranty does not cover failure to operation due to mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to outer and inner components. Warranty does not cover failure in operation due to breakage of internal components due to introduction of pertroleum based solvents or lubricants. Abuse and Misuse: Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse, or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity, perspiration, sand, dirt, extreme heat, or the like; (c) use of the products for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Blazing Toys.
5. Abuse or physical damage to an item will void your warranty. This includes disassembly, removal, modification, or Removal or covering of orange tip voids any and all warranties.
6. Warranty will be null and void if improper size, or low quality/grade BB's are introduced into the mechanism.
7. Warranty is void if AirSoft product is disassembled by non-factory authorized personnel. Unauthorized Service and Maintenance: Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way are excluded from coverage.
8. Warranty is only valid in the United States.
9. Warranty does not cover wear and tear on: Internal mechanical components, electric motors, gear drives, switches, levers, valves, o-rings, springs, batteries, and or chargers.
10. Warranty only applies to AirSoft Sping/Gas/and Electric hobby guns. Accessories, electric wires/parts and batteries are not covered by warranty.
11. Warranty DOES NOT cover shipping costs, to and from the customer.
