International Shipping Policy
- International Shipping Policy - We only ship internationally with the understanding that the buyer assumes ALL risks of receiving the items (for example: making it through customs, etc...), especially to Countries where there may be laws and restrictions on airsoft/BB guns. If in doubt, check with your local laws and regulations on the importing of airsoft, and airsoft related items, before ordering. It is the responsibility of the Buyer (Importer) to research these laws before ordering. We are not responsible for customs seizures, holds, extra customs duties or taxes, etc... Once a package is shipped by us, we have very little means of locating the package, Internationally, so shipping via a method with Tracking, is adviseable. BECAUSE OF HIGH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES, ITEMS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTIES. We can only handle returns or repairs, if the buyer pays for all postage involved. CURRENTLY, WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ONLY, WITH AGREEMENT OF OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY!

Rates paid via the Shopping Cart are U.S. RATES ONLY. International Airmail shipping estimate via USPS will be e-mailed to you after the order is placed. IMPORTANT: Due to high rates of Fraud, we will only accept PAYPAL as a form of payment for all International Orders. International Orders do not ship until Shipping Payments have been made.

Attention Canadian Orders: We MUST list all guns ordered, on Customs Forms, as "AIRSOFT GUNS", no exceptions!

International Shipping FAQ's -
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We can ship anywhere in the world, BUT, you the Buyer / Importer must do your own research regarding the legalities of importation and ownership of airsoft guns in your country. We cannot tell you if it is legal to ship to your country, or not. We are not responsible for ANY Customs Seizures or Issues. By purchasing from Blazing Toys, you assume all risks and responsibilities involved in shipment. There are NO refunds (either on costs of order, or shipping) if your package gets seized, or confiscated by Customs.

Q: Why do you only accept PayPal for International Orders?
A: Because of high instances of Credit Card Fraud, we can only accept verified PayPal payments for International Orders. Any International Orders using a credit card will be immediately refunded and you will be asked to complete your order using PayPal.

Q: What about Customs Duties or Taxes?

A: Customs Duties or Taxes are charged by the Importer's country (your country) so those costs are the Buyer / Importer's responsibility. In most cases, we are not even made aware of these costs. They are charged upon entering the Importer's country, by Customs and are based on value of the item shipped.

Q: What services do you use for shipping?
A: We use International Postal, for most shipments. Options are, small orders (not rifles) 4 lbs and under ship First Class Mail (No Tracking Information) or Priority Mail (Tracking). Rifles and or items over 4 lbs ship Priority Mail.

Q: The shipping paid at checkout is not the actual shipping costs?
A: No, it is for U.S. Shipping only. Our checkout system does not calculate International Shipping, so the shipping paid at checkout will be subtracted from actual shipping. Actual shipping and options will be emailed to you after you place your order.

Q: Why are shipping costs so high?

A: We use International Postal, Costs of shipping is based on total weight of the order / package. We have no control over these costs. We invite International Customers to estimate shipping costs by going to: www.usps.com and using the "Calculate Shipping" button.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: With First Class Mail, there is no availbe estimate for delivery. Times vary depending on location in the world and can take up to 4-5 weeks. With Priority Mail, the estimate is approx. 2 weeks.

Q: What if my shipment does not arrive?
A: With First Class Mail, there is No Tracking Information and it is virtually impossible to locate if lost. if there is a Customs seizure, normally you would receive a notice but it may vary from country, to country. With Priority mail, we can put a trace on the package through USPS but the process may take up to 30 Days. If there is no purchased insurance on the order, there are no refunds on lost Priority mail packages.

Q: Can you list the items as "Gifts" for me?
A: We cannot list items as "Gifts" on Customs Forms.
